Dues are $60.00 per year.
NYS Bones is the only statewide organization dedicated to providing educational programs and resources specific to the needs and concerns of orthopedic practice administrators.
We are a diverse group of over 100 orthopedic administrators and managers working in a variety of practices throughout New York State who share common issues and concerns.
Everyday we preside over a beehive of activity. One must be a master of all trades when it comes to managing a medical practice. We are responsible for the oversight of finances, accounting, information technology as well as management of clinical operations, contract negotiations, facilities management and human resources. Somehow we manage to get the job done.
NYS Bones' mission is to conduct educational programs that bring updated and relevant information to our members and to provide members the opportunity to share ideas and experiences through meetings and networking events.
NYS Bones offers a number of programs during the year. Our 'Lunch N Learn' series features expert speakers chosen to present topical information of importance to orthopedic practice administrators. These are hour long teleconferences which offer the convenience of attending without having to leave the office.
Once a year we present an annual conference which offers our members the opportunity to meet and network with other members from across the state while attending several lectures. Vendors are also invited to participate and share the latest in technology and information.
